Gateway  Two approval has recently been signed off by the Building Safety Regulator allowing Downwell to start on the main construction phase.

Downwell Group will be delivering a £9m package of enabling works, including soft strip, full de-cladding, high-level demolition, installation of a steel-framed structure at height, and structural strengthening to the existing core.

The contractor will be in charge of everything up to the fit-out stage which will then be managed by London Square.
